Delivery
At iRobot we are committed to getting your orders to you as quickly as possible. All orders are promptly processed in the warehouse in approximately 1-2 business days and then handed over to our trusted delivery partner, Australia Post. We offer standard shipping for all order (takes approximately 2-8 business days post shipment), with deliveries typically scheduled from Monday to Friday.
It is important to note that during periods of high demand, shipping may be delayed by a few days.
All shipments will be delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of order placement.
Please note once your order is confirmed, we cannot update your delivery address.
Occasionally Australia Post may not leave a collection card. Due to the size of this item, a signature is required upon delivery. We recommend you download the Australia Post app for Australia Post real time delivery tracking updates to your address. Never miss a collection card again, as the app will show you if the parcel needs to be collected from your local Post office.

Shipping restrictions
Delivery is only available in Australia. During the checkout process on the iRobot website, you will be notified if a product cannot be delivered to your address.
All iRobot parcels require a signature upon delivery.
Where is my order?
After receiving the shipment confirmation email you should usually receive your order within 3-10 business days. If you do not, please check your tracking link for status updates or contact Australia Post team with your tracking number for more information.
