Introducing our promise to you & your pets.

Thanks to PrecisionVision Navigation, powered by iRobot OS, any robot^ with a front-facing camera can recognise and avoid obstacles like pet waste.
If your robot is soiled due to a failure to avoid solid cat or dog pet waste, we will replace it free of charge. This Promise is valid for up to one year for new models (6 months for refurbished models) from the date of purchase with proof of purchase and when purchased directly from iRobot or an iRobot-authorised seller/dealer/reseller. The Promise does not apply to the non-avoidance of materials other than solid cat or dog waste.

Additional terms and conditions apply and can be found at: iRobot’s Pet Owner Official Promise.

If you receive a new robot under the Pet Owner Official Promise, please ensure that you enable PrecisionVision™ on the new robot as well. Failure to do so will increase the probability of having a second incident.

Important: Obstacle Detection must be enabled in order for your robot to avoid any obstacles, including pet waste.
